1) Evaluate the utility of the following statement from Seung (2011): ‘Nothing defines the function of a neuron more than its connections with other neurons.’ Be sure to outline the guiding principles behind the connectome, delineate in what ways it is similar to/different from a genome, and provide experimental evidence to support your claims.
