WHISTLER SKI RESORT ASSIGNMEMT 5 INSTRUCTIONS
Purpose: The main objective of this assignment is to prepare an Executive Summary Report on
the status and health of the project.
How: Update the activities in your MS Project Plan with the progress information provided
from the information below in Part A and Part B. Based on the progress reported as of the status
date, prepare an Executive Summary Report using MS Power point. The presentation should be
between (6) pages and (10) pages. The brief should include a cover sheet, a meeting agenda
and the following (5) sections:

include information such as to your overall assessment of the project,
