World music | Reading homework help

 Hi dear,

Would you help me to finish this assignment with good quality and be on time please?

 Listening Activity Journal #1 –

Pick one of the songs from the Focus Examples in the chapters of the textbook that are covered in this learning module (iTunes and Spotify links for these can be found on the course page above). Describe what you hear in the example.

How is this music the same or different from the music you usually listen to?

How does the music reflect the culture it represents?

What is the style, or genre of the music?

Are there any singers, or is it instrumental?

What instruments do you recognize?

Do you hear any patterns, or form to the music?

How does the music change, or progress through time (from beginning to end)?

This should be a one-to-two page paper (around 300 words) and must include:

  1. The name of the piece of music (or song).
  2. The name of the group/band or performer.

Each Listening Activity Jounal is a 300-word (one to two pages) review, and must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Word.
